Beyonce & Jay-Z Celebrate Blue Ivy's 2nd Birthday

Beyonce and Jay-Z celebrated the birthday of their daughter Blue Ivy.  Blue turned two years old on Tuesday and her superstar mother marked the occasion by posting a "Happy Birthday" message on her Tumblr page. 
She also linked to another page on the blogging site called HappyBdayMissCarter, compiling hundreds of fan-created photos and videos in honor of her little girl. 
According to HollywoodLife.com, the virtual fan card isnt the only present Beyonce has up her sleeve.  The site reports that Bey and Jay are planning to grant Blues wish of having a horse of her own.  Apparently the couple spent $75,000 dollars on a horse after Blue expressed an interest in animals!

Shakira Covers 'Glamour'

 

Fresh from announcing the release of her big comeback single with Rihanna, a tousled Shakira serves as Glamour mag’s February cover girl.

Speaking of Riri, she’s apparently a utopian model of physical perfection– at least, that’s what Shakira says.
“Working with her was utopia. She’s the sexiest woman on the planet. And at the end of the day, we’re both just basically Caribbean girls. The chemistry was so good and so real. She taught me dance moves. She was a sweet teacher.”
Well, we can’t argue with that.
Besides plugging her new single, Shakira’s also promoting her return to The Voice. The Colombian beauty opened up to Glamour on what it’s like to work on the show, and the challenges she faces being the only female mentor.
“Dealing with boys at work and being the only girl can be challenging. I have my insecurities, but I’ve learned I have to be a good sport. I have to be able to take certain jokes and not take them personally. There are jokes made almost every second of the day. I had to develop a tough hide. You know, the music industry is dominated by guys. I work with men 98 percent of the time—producers, arrangers, musicians, engineers.”
